Reading the comments helped me find what to rec.
Best resources for me:
I only found this subreddit recently but it's absolutely amazing if you need ideas or writing prompts.
Now, onto "Free" pictures: DesignerPics, Pexels, Gratisography. All the pictures are under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license.
My main Photoshop resources: yeahps (tutorials, tools, resources, etc.), FontSquirrel (fonts), Freepik (textures), Brusheezy (brushes).
In French, Collectif Team8 has great tutorials (free and premium).
Screen capture resources: Home of the Nutty, Screencapped, KissThemGoodbye.
Sorry for all these links, I went a little overboard.

Best resources for me:
- In English: Thesaurus and Merriam-Webster.
- In French: Larousse (definition), Conjugaison (tenses), CRISCO (synonyms) and CNRTL (definition, etymology and vocabulary).
- For both languages (when I remember the word in the incorrect language or don't know it): WordReference (translation & definition) and Linguee (definition and contextual translation).
