Yes, there's no point trying to force it if the inspiration isn't there. You won't enjoy writing and it's likely to show in what youve written. I'm sure one day you'll be doing something completely random and an urea will pop into your head that you want to write. I hope so anyway.

I thought lockdown would inspire me to read and I did manage three books, but that's nothing like my usual reading rate and I have a pile of books I want to read. This year 🙂
